Project Overview

This project was a new build in Sanford for a young couple who wanted to create amodest yet functional home on their 10-acre property. The home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, perfectly designed to accommodate the needs of a growing family. The master bedroom includes a spacious walk-in closet that leads directly to an ensuite bathroom, offering a private and comfortable retreat.

Designand Construction Process
